Any user of our site to use our services must first create an account. All of the information collected when creating an account will be stored in their profile. This information will be used only by our teams. All of the data collected will be used only to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Support Request Forms or Tickets
For each request for assistance and / or technical support, all users must complete a support request form. This form will automatically create a record called Ticket in our database. Subsequently, all exchanges relating to this support request between the user and our teams will be recorded and time-stamped in the ticket. In this way, the history of any assistance request made on our site can be consulted at any time by our teams and by the user. All a user’s tickets will be centralized on his account in his customer area.

Additional Information
Managing administrator accounts
To intervene on the sites and hosting servers of our customers or simply to establish a diagnosis, we regularly ask our users for access codes to the administration interface:
- from their wordpress site
- from their host
- of their registrar
- their hosting server
- …
We draw the attention of our users that it is strongly recommended to avoid communicating their own accounts but to generate for each of these administration interfaces specific accounts for external stakeholders in order to deactivate them after each intervention.
In all cases, we store this information when it is communicated to us in an external encrypted system accessible only to stakeholders authorized to use these accounts. No unencrypted dissemination of this information is therefore made.
